Well, I think it could have a positive effect. Just like with images of lung cancer and destroyed teeth & gums may ward away potential buyers of cigarettes…maybe “speedkills” can act as a similar deterrant. Perhaps they could add some images of mangled bodies in a car crash :).
Not really. The scary pictures on cigarrete packets scare the heck out of non-smokers but make smokers want to smoke even more.
Oh great… Another government advertisment… It really isn’t going to do much, placing a huge ad over an entire town…
